A sinus infection.

Fantastic - I was greeted by two lovely ladies on the front desk I think their names were Paula and Lourdes (could be wrong) anyhow I didn’t have an appointment but was feeling very unwell and just couldn’t do another night without sleep. They gave me a time to come back that day and I was treated my Dr Daly a lovely friendly doctor she also gave me a breast check as I was a little worried. She put my mind at ease and I was treated for a severe sinus infection. I left feeling very well treated and can only say that if I am unwell again I won’t hesitate to phone for an appointment.

Dr. Peacock has been our family doctor for the past 25 years. I have great confidence in his diagnostic skills. Also, he is careful when it comes to prescribing medication, which means you only get them if you really need them. I can recommend him without hesitation. The new surgery looks great.

Yes I was seen to within twenty minutes of arriving. Very prompt indeed.

Very pleased with Dr. Peacock in Dublin. It was easy to make an appointment. I was given a referral to a specialist, who has already contacted me.

I have been a patient of Dr Peacock 24 years, He is an excellent doctor & is great with my son.

Dr Peacick has been my GP for past 20 years, he is an excellent doctor, very patient and always willing to listen despite have an extremely busy practice. He is very kind and reassuring. I have recommended Dr Peacock to many of my friends and work colleagues and their experience has been the same as mine. Also his reception staff are consistently professional and polite, again giving great reassurance and support when one is feeling unwell.

I found the administration staff very helpful and accomadating when i needed to arrange a quick appointment.

Upon arrival they were courteous and informed me if the approximatey time i would be seen by the doctor. The reception area was clean, quiet and calming.

The doctor who saw me was very thorough and polite. Some doctors are very quick to diagnose and some times impersonal but during my consultation I didnt feel rushed. I felt that the doctors demeanour played a big part in setting the tone and making me feel more relaxed and less worried.
At all stages of the consultationthe doctor explained his reasoning for the questions and also his thoughts about the probably diagnosis. This continuous flow of information helped me understand my problem better and also how the course of remedy would proceed.

I left the consultation feeling a lot more confident that my problem would be addressed and, more importantly, knowing what had caused it in the first place.

Overall, my dealings with the staff of this surgery was extremely satisfactory and I was dealt with in a very professional and courteous way. A very positive experieince with a good outcome.
