From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I wanted a wart removed from my leg. I called Diamond and talked through the options. They seemed very organised and reassuring. I paid them in advance by card and made an appointment for three weeks later. I sent them a photo of my unwanted wart. A week before a nurse called and talked me through the procedure. Again, very reassuring. On the day I was seen bang on time and the entire procedure was totally painless and even pleasant. Aftercare advice was excellent. My £400 was well spent.

Had M Sculpting/Body Sculpting procedure done. Absolutely amazed with the results! Lost a massive 6cm around my stomach in under 3 weeks! I was not expecting that much at all in such a short time! I have also had anti-wrinkle injections and didn't feel a thing. Really happy with the results! I was comfortable and it was very quick and definitely reasonably priced as well! The staff are incredible! Always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They will do whatever they can to go out of the way for you. I have seen a few ladies on separate occasions due to my busy lifestyle and they are just so lovely. Make you feel like you've known them for years and your all apart of a family :). These ladies all make you feel so good about yourself. (Definitely a positive change from some places that you go where you feel worse going out then you did going in.) Highly recommended ! Very informative and helpful complimentary consultation with the doctor who in the end did not think it was necessary in my case to do a full scan for skin cancer. Low pressure, he made a few other recommendations and sent me away with the necessary information to decide without pushing for the sale, which I very much appreciated. I didn't notice any English signage but it's a very accurate map pin and if you can read Thai at a basic level you'll be fine!

I found this doctor on WhatClinic while I was visiting Albania as a tourist. I had always heard that Albanian women are very beautiful, so I became curious and thought I should at least consult with a local surgeon to see what might suit my face. I didn’t plan on doing anything major since my husband and I were only staying for two weeks. Her clinic is in Tirana, right next to the Air Albania Stadium, and the view from there is incredible. The clinic itself completely surprised me. I’m an architect, and honestly, I rarely see medical spaces designed this well. It’s modern, extremely clean, beautifully organised, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. When I met the doctor, I immediately felt comfortable. She speaks perfect English, and I later learned she studied and lived in the United States. She’s quite young but clearly very respected while I was there. I met a few of her patients, and they were all speaking very highly of her. During my consultation, she said I was a good candidate for her “Baby Eye” technique. I had never heard of it, and at first I was hesitant because I wasn’t planning to have surgery. She took time to explain everything carefully and showed me many before-and-after results. What convinced me was that it’s a minimally invasive procedure done under local anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 minutes, and I felt almost nothing. The result honestly surprised me. When I returned home, people kept asking if I had changed something; they said I looked fresher, younger, happier. Now I understand the name “Baby Eye”; it really softens the eyes in a very natural way. She truly has an artistic eye and very gifted hands. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserved one. If I ever decide to have a facelift in the future, I would absolutely fly back to Albania to have it done by her.
