I am delighted with the appropriate treatmentAntoinette, Ireland, 07 11 24

Hi Antoinette here reviewing again , I wrote about my recent visit to Poly Clinic "unit E" The Gable's, Fairgreen, Limerick about skin infections that I have had over 8 years with no solution. So I'm very pleased to say Dr. Adel Bugtur has found the answers I was looking for after taking nasal + body swabs and blood tests from me. I am delighted with the appropriate treatment and most importantly he listened to me , not assuming anything else was wrong with me, is just fantastic within in 3 weeks of contacting the Poly Clinic my health and happiness has been amazingly better. Job well done 👍 kind regards and good wishes to Dr Bugtur and staff Jessica is a gem 💎 Antoinette x

I could not recommend the practitioner and his staff highly enoughJOHN, Ireland, 12 08 24

I could not recommend Patrick and his staff highly enough, I attended the clinic in Dec 2021. Patrick identified a seriously concerning mole, and surgically removed it immediately. It was biopsied at SVUH, where stage 1B malignant melanoma was confirmed. Patrick followed up tirelessly with St Vincents to ensure that the necessary surgery and treatment took place as quickly as possible, it was the period of covid. SVUH Dermatology Dept were amazing. the additional surgery and testing confirmed that all of the cancer had been removed with no spread. Patrick's prompt intervention saved my life. lovexxx

Mole Removal €100 - €350
Moles are very common. They may be flat or elevated. Sometimes they grow hairs. The most important feature however is pigmentation – a brown discolouration of the overlying skin. When should you be suspicious of a mole?Recent appearance of pigmentationPigmentation that becomes darkerItching or irritationBleedingGrowth in size especially a growth spurtA mole which was once flat becoming raised. If you are concerned about the above or any other changes you should consult with Ailesbury. Histology done at St. Vincents University Hospital.  The majority of skin lesions can be treated in a relatively simple manner. This entails surgical excision under local anaesthesia. Therefore the assessment and excision can frequently be performed at the initial consultation. If a skin cancer is suspected a diagnostic biopsy may have to be performed at the initial consultation. The treatment is completed as soon as the report is available. If the lesion has a completely benign appearance there is no need to request laboratory analysis. Therefore apart from skin cancers the treatment can frequently be completed on a single visit.
Wart Removal €100 - €350
Warts are a result of the most common viral infection of the skin. Plantar warts grow on the plantar surface, or the sole, of the foot. They can be found anywhere in this area but tend to produce symptoms in areas of pressure and friction. Ailesbury uses liquid nitrogen, radiosurgery or CO2 laser in the treatment of  verrucaes. Warts can spread directly from person to person, but this isnt common. You are more likely to pick up the virus that causes warts in shared washing areas and showers like those you find in swimming pools or gyms. This is much more likely if you have small cuts on your feet.[
