My enquiry was answered promptly and I was offered an appointment the very next day. I was seen on time. The staff were pleasant and kind. The examination was thorough. Treatment (cryotherapy) was delivered efficiently (still a bit early to judge results but going well so far) and price was fair and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact, I already have done - or to return for further consultation/treatment should that be necessary at any future time.

I contacted the hospital at night requesting a possible surgery the next day so I could still catch my flight the day after. The Doctor and his team were extremely organized, and very detailed and ensured I had a successful surgery. I was able to catch my flight the next day out of Istanbul without any medical issues. I was booked for a free eye check during my next visit to Istanbul to confirm that my eyes were in perfect condition. Having a dental treatment done at the moment with Dr Anne I was very nervous and anxious but the minute I walked into the clinic I felt at ease. Dr Anne is such a lovely gentle person and will do everything in her power to help you. Her staff is fantastic from her dental nurse to her secretary, everyone made you feel so welcome and looked after me to the best. I'm looking forward to seeing her again in a few weeks to finish my treatment which I didn't think I'd ever say as I hate the dentist but believe me, you don't feel as if you are in a dental clinic you so well looked after its fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone wanting dental treatment to go to this clinic .also they arranged to pick me up from the airport, brought me back to the airport, booked me into a lovely hotel looked after me 100% thank you Anne and staff x

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

The staff is very courteous and polite and the environment very pleasant. The Doctor is amazing, she is really proud of what she does and the results of her happy customers. I went there to treat hyperpigmentation issues and she used her specialized machinery to measure the damage on my skin and how deep the hyperpigmentation was in different areas of the skin. She put together a customized treatment to treat each part. I am looking forward to going back for my second treatment.
