I have had two surgeries by Dr. Alvarenga, a Tummy Tuck 4 years ago and now a recent Facelift. I am extremely happy with the results of the two surgeries. I come to Costa Rica every year from the U.S. to visit this beautiful country and make wonderful new friends every time I come.
