Every step of the process was explained in detail, leaving no question unanswered. On the day of my surgery for two implants, I was extremely nervous and my blood pressure was high. The team showed genuine care for my well-being, prioritising my health over everything else—including money. They didn’t rush; instead, they waited patiently until I was calm and my blood pressure had stabilised, which took about an hour. Only then did they begin the procedure. A special thank you goes to Chloe, their English liaison, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She truly loves what she does and it shows in the way she cares. She consistently followed up with me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and wish her nothing but blessings and success in life. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to anyone considering dental work. I got replacement upper and lower dentures. From start to finish, the team were absolutely professional and nothing was a problem. They even arranged all our transport to and from the surgery as well as picking us up from HCM airport. My partner also had a small chip repair and teeth whitening done here at the same time.
