I’m honestly so happy that I chose Dr Care Implant Clinic — from the moment I walked in, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the whole clinic has such a happy, welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The cleanliness is next level — everything is absolutely pristine, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. My dentist, Dr Hanh Dung, was the most caring, gentle, and professional dentist I have ever been to. I had one tooth extracted, a temporary bridge placed, and two major ceramic fillings done — quite a lot of work — yet the entire experience was unbelievably smooth. I walked out after 3.5 hours of dental treatment feeling completely fine… it honestly felt like I had “nitro” — I couldn’t believe how good I felt! A special mention to Amelia and Fiona, my translators — the communication throughout was flawless, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and stress-free. I’m from Australia, and I can genuinely say I’ve never experienced a dental clinic like this before. I highly recommend Dr Care to anyone needing major dental work. I’ll definitely be returning in 3–6 months to have my permanent bridge placed, and I’m actually looking forward to it — which says everything! All in all, it truly felt like a walk in the park… almost like a little holiday at the same time.

I chose this clinic because of a chance to meet with Tuyền and her lovely family on a previous visit to Vietnam. I travelled from Australia to have long postponed extensive dental work done. Overall I had 2 bridges ( but was offered implants as an option), root canals, minor fillings and teeth whitening done. In addition, I had a new upper denture made and relining of the old one. I had long dreaded the dentist visit but Tuyền made it all so easy and relaxed for me. Tuyền works from home and organised my transport to the clinic on each visit. Overall, I am extremely happy with Tuyền especially her time taken on patient care and her high level of technical competence. Overall work was excellent value as I saved lots of money ( relative to having similar work done in Australia) as well as escaping Melbourne’s cold weather whilst enjoying a lovely holiday. I thoroughly commend Tuyền to those wishing for an excellent dental experience.
