This is an amazing dental practice. I was always listened to and my wishes taken into consideration when deciding on treatment. Everyone is very helpful and polite. Dr Shah has always been amazing. On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
I have just received my new smile, and I am over the moon with it. I simply can not stop smiling. The moment my denture was fitted I couldn’t believe how comfortable it is. I have had some kind of denture for over 20 years and can honestly say I’ve never felt this comfortable straight away ! From the first moment I walked into this clinic I was made to feel so at ease and completely reassured that I would be leaving with the best smile possible I have to say Pawel was true to his word. He and his team are dedicated to not only making sure this happens but making sure it is also the most perfect fit. After my last inexperienced private dentist, Mr Bonthuys seemed like a professor of dentistry. He recommended a partial denture of a different design to the inadequate one sold to me elsewhere. After some adjustment, the fit is perfect and comfortable and made from high-quality material. Neither ''super expensive'' or cheap. I wanted it made up to a standard not down to a price. The service was empathetic with clinical excellence. A combination my previous dentist failed to provide.
