On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.

All the way through I felt I was in capable hands and everything was done to make me feel reassured and comfortable. I did have a problem with one of the crowns but it was dealt with in a professional manner and Orestis made sure that all my expectations were met. I have left giving feedback for several months to make sure all is well. I am now very happy to report. The placement is just right and the implants are all I would have hoped for.
