I used this clinic because I knew they had a good reputation and I had been on their NHS waiting list for years before I was eventually taken on as an NHS patient. In mid-March 2024, I attended the surgery for a six-monthly dental check-up, followed immediately by a separate appointment with a dental hygienist. Coincidentally, I had, a week earlier, chipped a corner from and already extensively filled molar (though it was causing no discomfort). The dentist repaired the damaged tooth there and then, which was very welcome and efficient. It has given me no trouble since. I had followed the dentist's previous recommendations to improve my cleaning regimen, and this resulted in the dentist passing comment that my teeth now appeared to have been cleaned better than in the past. The dentist can clearly offer useful guidance. The hygienist session was, as usual, slightly uncomfortable (due to sensitivity from past over-brushing), but the hygienist was careful and took trouble to ensure that the process was as pleasant as possible. The charge was just under £100, which felt about right for the standard of care.

Would highly recommend this dental technician as I took my plate in last Tuesday 09.30 am all finished and repaired by 11:00 am. Prices were very reasonable. I was very satisfied and would recommend to others.
Words can not describe how grateful I am for Dr Syed Shah & Dental Assistant Mira yesterday!! Initially, I only booked a 20-minute consultation to assess my severe pain in my tooth/gums. I was their very last client of the day at 5.10 pm. After a thorough check, they discovered I required root canal treatment. What made the situation worse is that I had flights booked to Australia the very next day, as I plan to migrate there permanently. They both went above and beyond to get me prepared for that flight, and decided to work very late until 8 pm to relieve my pain. It took longer than expected as I was struggling with the pain and was making their job so much harder. They were extremely patient with me and did a fantastic job. I am truly grateful for their compassion, professionalism & understanding of my difficult timing/requests. I've been a long-time customer of Dr Shah for almost 5 years, had Invisalign through him and other essential treatments for my teeth. Dr Shah & Mira, thank you so much for helping me move forward, pain-free, with this next chapter in life. (I also tried to give them a tip to thank them for their hard work, but they wouldn't take it. If the reception staff could please email me about this, as id like to still do this for them.) Excellent dental care from the whole team, but most notably Victoria and most recently Dan, who throughout my double implant journey did his utmost to address all my fears, and I had quite a few! He has done an amazing job. Terrific dental surgeon. We moved to this practice after a poor customer care experience elsewhere, and both my wife and myself have no hesitation in recommending Heather Williams’ Practice. All the staff here are brilliant - maintain the highest professional standards, and continually make us feel individually valued as patients. Superb practice. I have attended this practice for several years. My dentist is Nadia and her nurse is Louise. Their professionalism, expertise, knowledge and friendliness dispel any concern regarding treatments such as crowns, the dreaded fillings or repairs that may be required, and all of which I have had at one time or another, alas. Nadia and Louise work as a great team at this practice.
On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
