I researched Dr Baysal and found him to be highly qualified and very experienced. I went to him from the UK for an implant near the front of my mouth. Now I don’t have to wear that uncomfortable denture or suddenly feel embarrassed when I realise that I’ve gone out without it. Dr Baysal is very professional, he speaks English, and is very reasonably priced - even taking into account the cost of travel to Turkey. It was definitely good value.

We had a dental surgery to treat canals, remove caries and prepare teeth for zirconium crowns and install the crowns. Everything went well and was very pleasing. The doctor chose the perfect size of the crowns the first time 🤩. The curator and doctor were very responsive and always helped and prompted even outside of work matters. For me, a person who came to Turkey and Istanbul for the first time, this was a great help and ease🙏. Every day I look at my teeth and I can't get enough of it 😍. The only thing that didn't suit me was the eternal wait for the car before the appointment, which was quite long.

I travelled from the UK and was very apprehensive about the whole upcoming experience, and I was going into the unknown. When I arrived I was still nervous, but after the first meeting, I was at ease and after the second day of treatment totally at ease. The standard of work is outstanding and the teamwork tirelessly ensures the quality is good. I have just arrived back in the UK and friends can't believe that what I have are temporary teeth. I work in the medical industry so I would not recommend it lightly, but on this occasion, I am recommending Dis212. I wanted to do all on 4 in the upper and lower jaw because I had very bad teeth. Did a lot of research about many clinics in different counties but I came back to Dr. Volkan because of the overall and recent reviews I read about his clinic. Dr. Volkan was very helpful, easy to communicate with, speaks very good English, he keeps himself updated with education for the latest techniques, takes his time to answer via WhatsApp and e-mail and explains everything very well! The clinic is not too big, very clean and neat, working staff are friendly and nice. Dr. Volkan and his staff are very educated and professional in his/their work! I spoke to him many times before I made the final decision to go to his clinic since there are so many clinics in Turkey and Istanbul that it is hard for someone to decide where to go. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning so not hard for me to make a final decision! I had/wanted to get my upper and lower jaw teeth extracted for what I wanted, all on 4 in both jaws. I chose the Astra dental implants because they are a well-known European A brand implants so good quality, also received the original Astra certificates/numbers. I don't like my own teeth on the lower jaw because they are discoloured and ugly which would not match of course with my new all on 4 teeth in the upper jaw when it is finished. Dr. Volkan professionally advised me not to extract my lower jaw teeth since they were still good, stable and not necessary to extract. So in the end I am very happy that I listened to his professional advice so I will keep my own teeth which would be much better in the end according to his advise, most dentists advise this anyway. Now he will be able to place new Zirconium crowns on my own teeth in the lower jaw so everything will match and look all the same and new when all the work is done in the end. During the treatment I did not feel any pain, treatment went very well, smooth and good according the end result. No infections, I had some after pain which is/was normal and durable, swelling which lasted for a few days, all this is normal of course after such a treatment/operation. Aftercare was very good, he invited me a few times to come over to the clinic to check up on everything to see that the healing went ok. The temporary dental fake teeth were measured and prepared during the week I stayed in Istanbul. The fake dental teeth were very nice and good, fitted very well so all that was in order as well. Also the pick-up/ drop off service at the airport and hotel was organised very well and everything on time so also no worries about that! In the end, I am very happy already so far for/with the work that has been done, I paid a good, fair and reasonable price. He was also very understanding in helping people in a good manner to make a good deal for me since he knows all to well that not everybody can afford such high prices that we normally pay in our own countries where dental care is very expensive, at least here in Holland it is ! The same dental work would have cost me something like 12.000.- to 15.000.- Euro in Holland for Astra implants and Zirconium teeth since this is the better and best quality so very expensive. He is not only after the money like most bigger clinics do but wants to deliver good and nice work for the customer for a fair price I reckon and that has to be said here in my review as well I think! I CAN ONLY AND HIGLHY RECCOMEND Dr. VOLKAN TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS A GOOD DENTIST IN ISTANBUL !! I have to go back in a couple of months in September after healing and when the implants have grown into the bone to get all the final work done and then I have a new smile again 😊 Will update new review after that again to tell about the end result.

After a consultation with Dera Dental, I couldn't start the treatment for some reasons. When I contacted them again later, they helped me with the same transparency. After setting a date, I came to Istanbul. As promised, they met me at the airport and took me to my hotel. Then the treatment started without wasting any time. Dr. Ali İlker makes you feel that he is an expert doctor and you feel safe. He placed the implants without any pain during the treatment process. Then the temporary teeth were attached. We waited for the implants to fuse with the bone before attaching my permanent teeth. When I returned to Istanbul, my permanent teeth were ready and they were perfect. Dr. Ali was very helpful with my permanent teeth and made sure they were done exactly as I wanted. Dera Dental did an excellent job. Thank you very much for answering all my questions after the treatment <3 My experience from start to finish was amazing. Dera Dental was recommended by a friend and I now recommend them to everyone looking for world-class dental care.

I can't say anything bad about this dental clinic! I first went there six months ago for implants and stayed for 10 days. I returned in February to have the implants placed. The people working there are fantastic—so kind and professional. Plus, their new clinic is lovely! They did an amazing job on my teeth, and I’ve had no problems at all. I would 100% recommend them. I had lens replacement surgery with Associate Professor of ophthalmology Dr Derda Oder at BHT clinic in Istanbul. From the initial contact with him to the end he was very down to earth, transparent, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had researched and contacted many surgeons. He suggested lenses that would be suitable for each eye and on examining me when I got there, decided one eye needed a different lens which was £150 less. He immediately informed me. He is an excellent surgeon and Hasan, his lovely, capable interpreter was there for me at all times. All the staff are very professional and attentive. The surgery went well and the aftercare was very good. On my last visit, Dr Derda said to contact them at any time if I have any questions or concerns, gave me lifetime lens passports and told me any time I was in Turkey I was to come and have a free assessment. Dr Derda is also very well priced and I’m absolutely thrilled to throw away glasses that I’ve been wearing for many decades. I highly recommend Dr Derda and his team.
