I was in Istanbul on a business trip. Due to a sudden and severe toothache, I went to Dr. Fikret. I didn’t choose him based on a recommendation; it was a completely random decision, and I’m really glad I did. He quickly found a solution and relieved my pain with a root canal treatment. He is extremely friendly, sincere, and natural in his approach. He also helped ease my long-standing fear of dental treatment, at least to some extent. Very well organized from the first moment we arrived at the airport. The hotel is very cosy with personnel speaking always English and a wonderful gym for my partner. The day in the clinic also was very well organized with all the people being very professional: translator (Satu), receptionist, and dentist. The doctor was kind and reassuring, always explaining what was going to happen. Also, the post-surgery (dental implant) was excellent, without any issues and things going exactly like the doctor was telling me. A special mention to Edineia, who followed me and my case from the beginning with professionalism, empathy and being always available to answer to all my questions.
