I had an issue with my gum and old crowns, I have been prescribed antibiotics for almost a year in the UK which didn’t help!! Dr Baysal was able to identify the problem from the moment I showed him the photos. I traveled from the UK to Istanbul to get the dental treatment. Dr Baysal has his special technique using shoulder preparation which fixed a long term problem I suffered with. The result was amazing and very natural, in less than one week my gum issue was cured!! He even made temporary crowns which looked great even with the colour match!! I was impressed watching Dr Baysal carving the temporary crowns while speaking to me and I was thinking what a real artist!! It’s not easy to find a good dentist, I give myself credit for doing the right research to find a brilliant, honest dentist. When I say honest I mean it, he advised against doing unnecessary dental treatment( which means I would have to pay more if I didn’t follow Dr Baysal advice ) and was fully focused on what treatment really needed. In addition to that, the clinic was easy to find and sparkle clean, appointments were on time, communication was great, a dedicated team, everything was perfect! I highly recommend Dr.Baysal

I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. Besides the treatment, we had a very nice stay in Istanbul. Enes arranged my hotel and transfer; the service was excellent, and the hotel was close to the clinic (just 5 minutes walking). Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. The entire Cygnus Clinic team was amazing, from their medical consultant- who scheduled the procedures to their nurses and health coordinator- who coordinated our care during are our stay in Istanbul. The procedure went very smoothly and we are writing this 2 weeks post-operation without any complications and can’t wait for the swelling to go down to be able to see the final results, our nose already looks very good. Brilliant experience from the dentist and staff. I'd researched for about a year and read all the reviews, I picked this one because of the professionalism of Dr Omer and his staff, and nothing was too much trouble. I'd sent them a lot of photos of my teeth, I had two missing from the front, and had a pallet which I hated and lots of fillings. Dr Omer and his team came back to me with the plan, and told me exactly what he was going to do and would not add any additional cost to the plan. So I went ahead with the plan would pay in two halves. I flew out to Istanbul in October 2024. Kenan, who did all the organising through WhatsApp, was great. He sorted the taxis out and the hotel. On the first visit, the dentist did two extractions, five implants and a root canal on another day. No pain but a bit of swelling around my face, which was taken care of with the medication, which was also included in the price. I was there for five days in Istanbul. In February 2025, I went back after my gums had healed up for ten days. The dentist did four root canal treatments and fillings, 28 zirconia crowns and a night guard. The total cost was for two extractions Five implants Five root canals 28 zirconia crowns One night guard £6,800. Thank you, Dr Omer and your team for an excellent job, and would recommend this clinic to everyone. They look fantastic, even my local dentist back in the UK thinks so.
