After my X-rays and consultation with the surgeons, the treatment advisor explained the treatment plan. However, he kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I asked questions, which made the consultation frustrating. The communication from the advisors could also be improved. Simple requests such as an updated treatment plan and a clear invoice should be dealt with more easily instead of being passed to someone else or being told, “I will send it tomorrow.” Overall the treatment and clinic staff were great. The main area that could be improved is the communication and customer service from the advisors.
