Absolutely Superb. So much MORE than expected. I was hit by a car whilst riding a bike in San Francisco 17 yrs ago; my left leg & foot were broken and within seven months 4 molars sheared out due to the shock impact of the fall ... other teeth were affected too. $30K and years later these dental works needed redress. SFBay area friends (many) had seen Dr. Alberto Hernandez in Puerta Vallarta in past decade and highly recommended his services and the co$t SAVINGS. omGoodness ... I am so glad I went. I have all new veneers and 2 implants and shall be back for crowns in 4-5 months to stay at the fab Rivera del Rio Hotel, 10-minute walk to Int'nl Dental Center by the sea. Dr Ivan Hernandez is such a competent and compassionate professional. I had to have an extraction and was reluctant to do so. He patiently and kindly explained the whole situation and the role that tooth would play in prolonging my ongoing issues. He sent me for tomography which was the fastest, easiest, most pleasant thing ever and he used those images to explain the problems and make it very clear for me to see what my situation is. His assistant Paulina is a professional and warm person. Together they make a really great team. While the office is small, it has everything needed including a big screen TV for reviewing the images of the teeth and then for showing music concerts that were a good distraction while Dr. Hernandez worked on me. I found the cost of the 2 deep, periodontal cleanings I needed plus the other procedures, to be very reasonable, less than 80USD. I have finally found a dentist here, who I feel good about.

There are not enough words to describe the most amazing and wonderful experience that I have ever had in any dental office or in dealing with any dental surgeon, as my experience with Dr. Armenta. I have had dental issues since I was a child, been to many dentists and surgeons in various countries. In 2017 I was told that I had to have all of my teeth taken out. Being in my '50's I was not prepared to have dentures. Living in Canada, I could not afford to do all implants. And so began our research and quest for someone in Mexico. My husband and I went to Puerto Vallarta and saw several surgeons and dentists, Dr. Armenta being the last one of the day. After having a scan done and talking to Dr Armenta for a couple of hours, both my husband and I said that there was no one else that we would use. By the time the consultation was done, I knew that it did not matter whether I had 20 million dollars or 2,000 dollars. He was the only one that I would ever trust to do the extensive work that was required. The only person that I would trust to do something that could alter my facial appearance. I returned in 2018. I had an 11 hour surgery where Dr. Armenta's office pretty much turned into an operating room. The most amazing anesthesiologist was there, Dr. Felipe Robles. From the time that I sat in that chair for the surgery, I don't think that I have ever felt any safer than I felt that day. And trust me, I have had so many oral surgeries that I have lost count. all of my teeth were removed. I had 15 implants in total put in top and bottom, bone grafting done both top and bottom and sinus lift surgery on both sides. I was stitched from one side of my mouth to the other, again top and bottom. Dr Felipe was the one who gave me the required medication. When my eyes opened, as of that time on, not one drop of blood came out of my mouth. I was prescribed strong pain killers should I need them, but I can honestly tell you, that i never took one of the strong painkillers. Dr. Armenta worked tirelessly with me. I was there for a month. When Dr. Armenta said that if need be, he would be working with me into the night, he was not kidding. There was no "its 5 p.m. and time to go home". There were some late nights and he looked exhausted, but he would not leave until he had it just perfect. I had not been able to chew a steak in over 30 years. Before I returned home, I chewed my first steak with my temporary prosthesis and for the first time in many years, I realised why I had the digestive issues that I had. I was able to chew a piece of meat into almost nothing. I no longer have migraines, my digestive issues have almost disappeared and for the first time in so many years, I no longer put my hand in front of my mouth to cover my smile or my laughter. After the surgery in 2018, when I came back to Canada, people that knew me could not believe the difference in my face. People were telling me and still tell me that I looked / look 10 years younger. I went back for the second part of the procedure, which was to put in the final prosthesis in 2019. Today, I look at photos of 2017 and the photos of today and I am SO proud of my smile and my face as it looks now. Between Dr. Felipe who was so incredibly amazing, knowledgeable and again, gave me the perfect combination of medications (I would never do any kind of surgery, especially dental like this without anesthesia) and Dr. Armenta, who is very much a perfectionist as I came to learn after hours of sitting in his chair and am so greatful for, I honestly don't have enough words to express my gratitude. I will never be able to describe in words the difference that he has made in my life. It is now 2023, I have had zero issues, been for some check ups with dentists in Canada who have all remarked that they have not seen work like this very often. Dr. Armenta, I say it every time that I come and see you and I am saying it again, you honestly gave me an amazing gift and I will never, ever forget all that you did and continue to do for me.

I came to Liliana from California And She is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! She was very responsive when we started talking, she answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable coming here to Bucerias. So I planned a vacation around it. Every appointment was fast and perfect. I had to get two crowns and two root canals…. My teeth look beautiful and FEEL amazing! I can finally chew on the right side of my mouth, it has been two years since I could. Getting dental work in the United States is very expensive and going to Liliana was not only a comfortable great experience, but it cost me about a third of what I would’ve paid in the US. She made all the procedures as painless and fast as possible. Her husband Carlos was the dental technician to make sure my crowns fit perfectly, they both came in on Sunday for the final appointment…which I know is a big deal. I was so grateful she worked with me on my timing Also, It seems like they have better technology here than in the states Smooth like butter. Liliana and her assistant Marilyn were so kind and sweet to me, they lent me money to take the bus home one day! 🙏Liliana massaged my head when I was getting really antsy in the chair… Marylin fixed the chip in my front tooth! and that only cost me about 65 USD. I am so happy and satisfied. I just can’t say enough how wonderful this experience was. Thank you, Liliana and Marilyn and Carlos ❤️
