Dr Ivan Hernandez is such a competent and compassionate professional. I had to have an extraction and was reluctant to do so. He patiently and kindly explained the whole situation and the role that tooth would play in prolonging my ongoing issues. He sent me for tomography which was the fastest, easiest, most pleasant thing ever and he used those images to explain the problems and make it very clear for me to see what my situation is. His assistant Paulina is a professional and warm person. Together they make a really great team. While the office is small, it has everything needed including a big screen TV for reviewing the images of the teeth and then for showing music concerts that were a good distraction while Dr. Hernandez worked on me. I found the cost of the 2 deep, periodontal cleanings I needed plus the other procedures, to be very reasonable, less than 80USD. I have finally found a dentist here, who I feel good about.

I was hit by a car whilst riding a bike in San Francisco 17 yrs ago; my left leg & foot were broken and within seven months 4 molars sheared out due to the shock impact of the fall ... other teeth were affected too. $30K and years later these dental works needed redress. I have all new veneers and 2 implants and shall be back for crowns in 4-5 months to stay at the fab Rivera del Rio Hotel, 10-minute walk to Int'nl Dental Center by the sea. Wonderful service. The dentist explain step by step what she es doing which gave me extra confidence and comfort. Her knowledge was first-rate. I had loose porcelain which was taken care of painless and efficiently. Don't let the external view of the clinic dissuade you then service was first class.
