Follow up to Implant Review. I had mentioned in a prior post how my procedures went very well. So, three days after receiving my treatment I was eating a meal and the temporary crown became loose. Most likely my fault but nonetheless I luckily had already booked a return flight to Vallarta for the weekend. I contacted Dr Claudio T and told him about my problem. He and Dr Arlette met me at their office on a Sunday afternoon. We decided it was best to change courses and construct multiple mouthguards with a tooth embedded to replace my missing tooth for the duration of the healing process. They worked on these items for over two hours and made perfect fitting mouthguards. They were so kind and caring to do this on their day off and on a Sunday no doubt. To top it off, there was no charge. I cannot imagine this happening in the USA on a Sunday, let alone for no extra charge. They felt it was their responsibility to take care of me as a patient. I cannot express my gratitude fully for all they have done thus far. The experience has been wonderful! Thank you very much, Dr Claudio T and Dr Arlette!

She was very responsive when we started talking, she answered all my questions and made me feel really comfortable coming here to Bucerias. So I planned a vacation around it. Every appointment was fast and perfect. I had to get two crowns and two root canals…. My teeth look beautiful and FEEL amazing! I can finally chew on the right side of my mouth, it has been two years since I could. Getting dental work in the United States is very expensive and going to Liliana was not only a comfortable great experience, but it cost me about a third of what I would’ve paid in the US. She made all the procedures as painless and fast as possible. Her husband Carlos was the dental technician to make sure my crowns fit perfectly, they both came in on Sunday for the final appointment…which I know is a big deal. I was so grateful she worked with me on my timing Also, It seems like they have better technology here than in the states Smooth like butter. Liliana and her assistant Marilyn were so kind and sweet to me, they lent me money to take the bus home one day! 🙏Liliana massaged my head when I was getting really antsy in the chair… Marylin fixed the chip in my front tooth! and that only cost me about 65 USD. I am so happy and satisfied. I just can’t say enough how wonderful this experience was. Thank you, Liliana and Marilyn and Carlos ❤️
