On a chance, I rang this clinic to get a blood culture test as no other doctor could refer me. Dr. Adel Bugtur, a dermatologist, came on the phone, and I got an appointment to visit him at the polyclinic in no time. He asked me from the beginning what my problem was and how long I have been suffering "skin infections." He told me he loves a challenge, so I had blood tests/swabs taken and a nasal sample to find out what infection is causing me to have repeated sores and ulcers for the last 8 years. I felt he really cared and listened in great detail, looked at my photos from my infections. The staff, Jessica and Julia, were very nice and attentive. A fine clinic, very clean and welcoming. I made an emergency appointment yesterday Sunday at this clinic and had a tooth removed. I am so grateful that Aidan was able to take me. Due to the environment at the moment with Coronavirus I found that he was so professional and very caring.
