I cannot speak highly enough of Mr El Gawad and his team. I first met him for a consultation in Manchester, then I travelled to Egypt for two surgeries in 2020 and 2021, in order to correct the ravages of having lost an enormous amount of weight. My first procedure combined a major abdominoplasty with body sculpting (lipo), plus pubic and breast uplift. The second consisted of arm lift, upper body lift and chin (lower facelift). The results are way beyond my expectations and I am still delighted. Mr El Gawad is highly qualified, very thoughtful and considers individual needs very carefully. He has a great manner and his staff are fantastic. The hospital in Cairo cannot be faulted, the surgical and nursing teams are great and speak English. The hotel he uses is good and the staff there are very attentive too. No need to take anything along as all food etc is provided. Dr Ahmed tailored my surgeries to my requirements brilliantly - He even managed somehow to retain the integrity/proportions of a complex back tattoo! - and I can honestly say that these surgeries have transformed my life. I would not use another surgeon for this specialty, I feel lucky to have found such excellence.

Not that long ago, I had breast augmentation surgery in Manchester and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.
