I had upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and the results are excellent. Mr Dharmasena explained detailed information during the consultation and understood my expectations. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was given aftercare advice and supplies. Recovery was easy. There was very little bleeding or bruising since day 1. Swelling has gone down within the first week. Stitch removal was also pain-free. I’m totally pleased with the results.

I am currently 4 weeks post op following a septorhinoplasty with Mr Khalid Ali and I couldn't recommend him enough. I had an initial rhinoplasty done almost 20 years ago with a different surgeon, but have never truly been happy with the results. I reached out to Mr Khalid Ali for a revision rhinoplasty because his results and experience are far beyond many ENT surgeons, and after such a long time feeling unhappy with my profile I needed to find a surgeon I could trust, and one who would be able to deliver the results I've always wanted. As soon as I had a consultation with Mr Khalid Ali I knew he was the right surgeon for me. He is so knowledgeable and confident in his field that it really put me at ease, and he carefully listened to my challenges to address every concern so I knew I'd be in good hands. The surgery itself went really well, and the recovery has been straightforward with minimal bruising. It's the personable approach that really makes the difference, from his phone call the day after surgery to check how I was doing, and also recognising that through all my bravado I was nervous in the theatre so taking the time to provide reassurance before I went under anesthetic. I am so happy with the results and finally feel like I've got the nose shape I've always wanted. Both before and after my surgery of upper and lower blepharoplasty both Mr. El Gawad and his secretary Rachel were available to speak to whenever I needed and they were always very kind, helpful, and reassuring. Mr. El Gawad even came and held my hand on the recovery ward when I had a bit of a wobble. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and of the treatment I received. Highly recommended.
