All staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, making me feel in very safe hands. My surgeon, Dr Carlos, who completed my brow lift, was excellent. He explained each stage to me and alleviated any fears I had. I am now 2 days post recovery, and the aftercare team have also been amazing.
