Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.
