I was there and had an operation. I felt extremely comfortable and the doctors and nurses were extremely nice and courteous. I can recommend it there and am grateful for all the support from the staff.

Die Vanity Klinik ist eine tolle Klinik. Ich hatte eine Nasen op am 4.Mai bei Doktor Mert Sizmaz. Hatte einen tag vorher noch meine Voruntersuchung und Arztgespräch. Er geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Ich wurde auch sehr gut betreut in der klinik. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen.

This has been my second time booking with FlyHealth and I cannot fault them. Booking was really easy and I have been given updates all the way. I was picked up from the airport and brought to my hotel. Having had time on my first day I could explore the hotel, so I knew where I would spend my time recovering. The assistant has been great, just as expected and solved everything from getting tests organised to getting me into my hospital bedroom. The hospital staff has been ever so helpful and supportive, just like I experienced before. Then I spent many days in the hotel to recover and had constant contact with the assistant, who was feeding back to the clinic. They even arranged an extra visit after I expressed some concerns in recovery, which made me feel so at ease. Even once I returned back home, I had constant contact with the aftercare team to advise what to do and not to do and help me through my struggles at home. Honestly cannot fault anything and would highly recommend booking with FlyHealth, it makes the whole process so much easier.

I am currently almost 4WPO and am very happy with the results of my breast reduction! My recovery has been quite easy with minimal to no pain. I travelled to Istanbul for a breast reduction and I couldn’t be happier with that decision and my decision to go with Dr Kacmaz. The service I received was impeccable and well worth it. My communications with Ebru from start to end was incredibly pleasant and comprehensive. Ebru is truely lovely, and was with me the whole time during my consultation, surgery and post op appointments. Having travelled alone, I appreciated this more than words can convey. The service I received once I arrived in Istanbul was incredible. The hospital stay was very comfortable and the care was great. I can’t really fault anything. Dr Kacmaz, Nurse Ebru, Ebru and Emrah were truely genuine, professional and knowledgeable. They’re a great team!
