I had dental treatment with Dr. Doner, and I really loved it. He is very professional and explains every step to me. I had a zirconium crown and wisdom tooth extraction. Everything was done in one week, and I didn’t experience any pain. My translator, Irina, was also very helpful and supported me throughout the whole treatment. I will definitely come back and bring my friends and family.

I had a lot of anxiety about dental work, but the staff were really patient with me. Dr. Tuna was gentle and explained each step. I had 10 crowns done and the process was easier than I expected. The hotel they arranged was also very comfortable.

I had gynecomastia surgery and my doctor was Dr. Alper Burak Uslu, my patient experience representative was Umut and my sales representative was Mohi. Mohi was very responsive and proactive, in the weeks before booking a flight and helped arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. As well as answering all questions I had. Umut then took over and was the point of call for everything, which included, organising appointments, transports, prescriptions, post and pre-operations, and answering all questions. Both Mohi and Umut were available anytime of the day to answer questions. Dr. Alper was very professional and knowledgeable, he is well experienced and I am very happy with the results so far. These should only get better as time goes on. After the surgery, I spent 1 night in the hospital and the nursing staff were on call all night and were very helpful. I stayed at the Mercure Istanbul Altunizade which is a great hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful. The food was delicious and priced reasonably. Overall, I would recommend Vanity to anyone. They really take care of all your needs and do all the planning for you. Once the surgery is completed you are not left on your own, with follow-up appointments over WhatsApp and continued communication with your personal experience representative (who was Umut for me).
