I cannot recommend Dr. Kacmaz and his team enough! I travelled from Canada, and to be honest, at first was a little hesitant to travel so far and getting a surgery in a different country. I contacted many different surgeons and agencies, but as soon as I started speaking with Ebru (patient coordinator) I felt at ease with my decision. She was very professional and prompt with her responses. She didn’t try to push me or “sell” me on anything. I get very put off when they try to sell or are very pushy and constantly following up. She gave me the information I needed and let me decide from there. She was also so friendly and just gave me a good feeling overall. Then after my initial consultation over the phone with Dr. Kacmaz I felt very confident in my decision. He right away made me feel at ease, he was so knowledgeable and honest with what I wanted and could achieve. I felt so comfortable with him and knew he was the right surgeon for me! Upon arrival, everything was a breeze. From transportation, to the hotel stay, to communication with the patient coordinator and driver. Everything was extremely organised and just felt so safe and in good hands. I CANNOT say enough of the patient coordinator Ebru. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She was so personable and we got along like we were old friends. I was alone in the hospital for the surgery and she took all the stress off, and made me feel so safe and comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. The operation itself went extremely well and I am SO happy with my results. It’s been 1 month, and they are exactly what I wanted. Upon travelling back, you still have communication with them and they’re always there to answer any questions you may have. I could not be happier with my decision to travel to Turkey for my surgery, and I am so grateful to Dr. Kacmaz and his amazing team. I have been telling anyone interested in breast augmentation surgery to go to him you will not be disappointed!!

Best company for cosmetic surgery… I have only 100% praise for Flyhealth from enquiring online I was given fast honest and accurate details and responses. I was advised as appropriate as what to do to prepare for surgery and recovery as I have diabetes and a raised BMI. Upon arrival I was met by friendly transfer staff and was taken to My City Hotel which exceeded my expectations it was lovely and the staff were professional and helpful. Everyday whilst in Istanbul I had WhatsApp numbers for Flyhealth staff for any questions or worries. Anil met me for my pre-op at the hospital the day before my surgery and was professional and reassuring. I arrived for my surgery Breast Reduction, tummy tuck and Liposuction and was I introduced to my surgeon Banu Aksoy and her assistant and again was left reassured and less nervous. My surgery went well and the nursing staff were attentive and caring nothing was too much trouble. I continued to see my surgeon and her assistant daily whilst in hospital for dressing changes. Anil arranged all my transfers to the outpatient appointments and remained my go-to with questions. I will be forever grateful to everyone involved in my care I never imagined the results would be as good as they are my scars are barely visible. I'm 10 weeks post-op today I have a whole new wardrobe of clothes no pain and extremely happy. Thanks to Flyhealth, keep up the excellent work you do.

I’m writing this because I know how hard it is to trust someone with your face, especially from another country. I found Dr. Varsak through Instagram, and after seeing his before and afters, I was hopeful. I contacted the clinic and the coordinator responded quickly, asking for photos and medical history. The video consultation with Dr. Varsak was very reassuring. He explained the deep plane facelift in detail, why it’s better than standard facelifts, and what to expect. He was very honest, even told me I didn’t need some procedures I had planned. The day of surgery, the hospital was immaculate and Dr. Varsak personally checked on me before and after the procedure. Recovery was smoother than I expected, thanks to the nursing staff and the care they gave me. I stayed at Titanic Comfort inside the hospital complex, which was so convenient.
