Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. I have already recommended Dr Atsal to my sister, who plans on going in a year, and I would recommend him to any dear friend or family member without hesitation. Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

If there were a 10-star rating, this place would definitely get it. Like everyone else, I thought it was scary and was unsure if it was safe to have surgery abroad. But this feeling subsided as soon as I met the driver who picked me up. Doctor Ersin is truly a surgeon who takes you seriously and takes the time to listen to you. Both before and after the surgery, I felt that I was in safe hands and well taken care of. I have bad experiences waking up after anaesthesia. I took this up and have never had such a pleasant awakening. He has a fantastic team around him, from those who wait for and welcome you at the hospital and help you with everything from paperwork to other things you need and not least are in the hospital with you day and night in case you need anything and follow you to the hotel and ensure that everything is taken care of for your safety. Many thanks to Burak, who was with me all the way and to this young girl who was in the hospital room by my side the whole first night after the operation, whose name I don't remember. I would also like to thank the wonderful nurses Fatma, Eda and Aleyna and others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember now, who visited me morning and evening throughout my stay and always responded immediately to my messages. Dr Fatih performed a very successful rhinoplasty for me. My nose is fine. He was very polite. incredibly funny. I was able to ask him any question that came to my mind. He listened to me without getting bored. Thank you again doc. It is really worth it.
