Overall it was a good journey for me. All went as described, from the pick up at the airport to the hotel, which was very good (they give you a 5-star hotel). In the beginning, I had a contact managing the booking and the procedure, she was also there for me to help throughout the process and I cannot complain. They are all very professional and kind. This is important, as I came to Istanbul on my own, so in case I had any issues I'd have to deal with them without any help, but also know that MayClinik was there to try and assist you, really makes you feel a more reassured. The team who has done the procedure was very good, from the nurses to my amazing surgeon Dr. Yusuf they all did an amazing job. I had rhinoplasty with upper eyelid and liposuction operation altogether, but it wasn't hard for me. They provided me with special nurses at the hospital apart from the ones already there, they took care of me privately. I spent one night at the hospital and was then discharged after the confirmation of my surgeon. We then stopped by the pharmacy where I brought my medications and was then taken to my hotel finally. The hotel nurse welcomed you there, she assisted with the usage of the medications and came and checked me in on me daily, and did my dressings regularly. I think what makes the experience really good is their ability to work out the logistics quite well, and obviously, the efforts and commitment of the team executing the procedure. I'm 4 days post-op, some of my swelling has gone, and as I am still in Istanbul for a few days more, I'll go and have another check-up today. At this point in time, I'm very happy with the initial results and optimistic that in time I will obtain the final result I aimed at.

I traveled to Istanbul from Canada to see Dr. Ozan for Rhinoplasty and it was the best decision of my Life!!! His office is beautiful, the staff is so sweet and helpful while I am visiting. The hospital you do surgery in is like 5 star hotel. Dr. Ozan listened carefully to my wishes for my nose and created my dream nose. The clinic is beautiful, Dr. Ozan creates an image of what your nose will look like. Staff is so nice. Got exactly what I had hoped for and more!

The patient coordinator was very professional. They gave professional and instant answers to every question I asked. I came here with so much confidence. It was really worth coming. everything went great.
