I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps. The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.

Excellent care and staff, providing superb aftercare, with an outstanding team of nurses. All the staff and medical team were friendly, helpful, but professional. I underwent a scrotal skin graft vaginaplasty with full orchiectomy. Now this is a complex and lengthy operation, but all pre-op checks were thorough, including chest x-ray, ECG (EKG), and an interview with a psychiatrist/Phycologist and all included in the package. The operation seemed to go well, and they spent 4 days in the clinic recovering, and were looked after by nurse team. Then, well for me, when all the dressings came off, and packing was removed, I had suffered greater than usual swelling, above normal, but was reassured by the Surgeon, everything would be OK. Which it was :) I had to wait for 2 weeks of recovery from the initial operation and general anaesthetic, but was then taken back under for corrective surgery, to correct my adverse swelling. This was all included and was to provide the results I had expected, and the Dr had reassured me that they would be. This surgery was basically a Libia-Plasty to ensure a better natural-looking result, and to reduce the swelling that was in excess. The dressings came off the same day, but were redressed for the night, to avoid any chances of infection. The next day, everything was removed, and the results were much more pleasing and as expected. I was certified fit to fly, as my flights home were just the next day. On return to the UK. I got myself re-checked by the medical team, just for my own peace of mind, and to ensure I was following correct care procedures. I was comforted to find out everything did look good, no signs of possible infections, and the care plan given was robust, and I had nothing to worry about. So all in all, a great service provided, with a good outcome, great after care, and was given great advice to follow on returning home, to keep healthy and recover well. I would recommend the BPS clinic to friends and others who are looking for advice.
