Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. I had treatment for a Basel Cell Carsinoma at the end of last year...this was quite an involved procedure due to where it was on my nose and also required a skin graft. I felt so confident and totally reassured by Helen. She did an absolutely wonderful job. If I had any problems I knew she would be there to help me. The whole team were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable especially been as we were in the middle of a pandemic...I always felt that every precaution was taken to keep everyone safe.
