I was referred by my dentist for the removal of 2 teeth, this was NHS care. I was seen on the Saturday for a consultation and the quality of the experience was second to none. Friendly, efficient and professional, I felt I was treated as an individual and my care discussed and explained. I returned 4 days later for the extraction, again a first-class experience, from the friendly chatty reception staff to the surgeon who did the extraction, it doesn’t get better than this.

Frances is a very professional and experienced lady. She is caring and totally committed to her treatments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her skills to anyone.

I have been having various skin treatments on my face by the lovely Nathan over the last couple of years. I started with facial peels which were amazing for my skin as I was trying to get rid of my pigmentation. I have now gone on to using the Obagi Skin range treatment is a medical grade treatment recommended to me by Nathan. The results are amazing and my pigmentation has gone I am so pleased with the results. Nathan talked me through everything I needed to help my skin and I am so pleased with my new skin. Having been recommended to Cokely Cosmetics by friends and family, I decided to book in for my first ever appointment. I was greeted and had been communicating back and forward with Sarah about the best suitable filler for my current lip structure. I was given very good advice and decided to go ahead. I Felt that she was extremely honest with her recommendations that were best suited for myself, many other companies may try to enhance the money they get from you. Throughout the entire procedure, I was checked up on, spoken to and had each segment explained to me. I felt completely comfortable and aware of what was happening. I'm so very pleased with the outcome and would 100% recommend to anyone who wishes to try filler or any cosmetic enhancements. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering how well they are done. I was given information to take away with me and was told to contact her if I should need too. Very professional. I have had a Radio Frequency Facial and an Optiphi Peel. My skin felt amazing after both treatments and looked great. The salon is so calming and the staff are very professional and helpful. Loved being there. Lovely ambience and overall look and services.

I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.
