Initially, I went to Advance Laser Clinic because they offered a free consultation. This enabled me to decide whether or not I wanted to proceed after the initial assessment. I was treated by one of the younger members of the staff for the first two treatments. The third treatment was performed by Alia. She was amazing! I mentioned that I had felt a little rushed during the last treatment. Alia took her time, made sure I was comfortable and paused when I needed a little break. She is a friendly, caring individual. I would definitely recommend this clinic for the great results. Make sure you ask for Alia, though!

My last visit to Cerulean Medical Clinic was as usually amazing. Starting with the warm welcome from nurse Isabel. Doctor Chetty gave me a non-surgical brow lift. The results are beyond my expectations. Not only my brows lifted but also my crows feets have considerably softened. The procedure was pain free, I am very nervous about needles but Dr Chetty is very Skillful at injections. I recommend very highly this Institute. I recently discovered CHIC Laser I could not be happier with my experience! I am extremely impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their services. So far, I have had: 1) Treatment for wrinkes: The doctor really took the time to understand my needs and my expectations (which has not been my experience elsewhere). He respected that I wanted a natural look and only wanted to address frown lines that were making me look tired and angry. He did not try to upsell me and instead recommended holding off on dermal fillers for now. The results have been fantastic, and I just needed some minor adjustments during my follow-up appointment to achieve the more youthful and rested appearance I was aiming for. 2) LASER: I have my entire lower face and neck done, which includes some sensitive areas, and the technician constantly checks in with me during the procedure and asks me to rate my pain on a scale from 1 to 10, aiming for 4, to make sure I get the most out of my treatments without damaging my extremely fair skin. They also use the latest technology that blasts cold onto the area with every pulse, which reduces discomfort. The results in just two sessions have been very impressive. The entire team is incredible. They are polite without being cold, friendly without being overly familiar, and they take the time to use my name.
