I went for my first consultation with Dr Evren Dilektasli just over a year ago. From our first appointment I felt comfortable, at ease and understood for the first time ever. Dr Evren is very knowledgeable in this field and had answers for all my questions and believe me I when I say I had many. It's a massive positive also that Dr Evren speaks English so there was no struggle with language barriers. It was decided a RNY bypass surgery was the best route for me as I also struggled with Diabetes. Before my surgery I had all the relevant tests and checks carried out with ease. On the day of my operation and throughout my stay at the hospital Dr Evren paid many visits to me to make sure I was ok and to answer any questions I had post op. Dr Evren's team and all the staff at the hospital were so caring and helpful nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The facilities were spotlessly clean and after 3 days I was discharged. This is the best decision I have ever made I am now nearly 50kg lighter and still losing. I am much more healthier, have more energy and thankfully now free from diabetes. Based on other clinics I looked into this was great valve for all the services I received. I would highly recommend Dr Evren Dilektasli to anyone thinking of taking this journey to change your lives and become a new you. We perform revision surgeries, which may be sporadically required in certain patients who – many years after their initial surgery – have started to gain weight again. These include patients who have had adjustable or non-adjustable gastric bands placed around their stomachs
Gastric Bypass from $5205
Incredibly effective bariatic surgery. The procedure is particularly recommended to people suffering from advanced obesity – those affected with type-2 diabetes and to whom traditional methods of weight loss proved to be ineffective. Gastric bypass implantation is a guarantee of excess weight reduction – even up to 85%. The effectiveness of this method is based on the reduced stomach volume – ingesting large amount of food is simply impossible. The surgery consists of creation of a small, about 50 ml in volume, pouch from the upper stomach and making anastomosis, which results in shortening of digestive process and improvement of glucose metabolism (treatment of diabetes). The method is perfect when other weight loss plans are not effective.  It is especially recommended to very obese people and those suffering from diabetes. The patients is hospitalised for a few days after the surgery. During the procedure a modification of the gastrointestinal tract is performed – we observe shorter digestion time.
Sleeve gastrectomy (Gastric Sleeve) from $4709
The procedur is recommended for people suffering from severe obesity and those suffering from chronic diseases (e.g. hypertension). The surgery is performed under general anaesthesia. The effectiveness of the procedure is very high and guarantees spectacular effects. Sleeve gastrectomy is also accompanied by the disappearance of other diseases related to the development of excess weight and obesity. During the surgery about 2/3 of the stomach is resected, causing an irreversible reduction of its volume, shortening of the digestion process and radical decrease of hunger. Why? During the surgery, usually laparoscopic, a part of stomach in which ghrelin is secreted is resected.  After the surgery the patient remains at the in-hospital observation and usually returns to the normal physical activity after a few weeks. The method is not of a definitive character – in case of a failure it is possible to perform an additional procedure (RYGB).
