Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. Great clinic, I highly recommend. I enquired about getting a mole removed form my face which I have been concerned about for a long time, my GP told me it was cosmetic and to seek a private clinic. I was asked if I was comfortable to send a photo, which I did. Got a price and availability back within the same day, and was booked at the end of the week. Very friendly staff and doctors, I had a consultation with the doctor who went through everything beforehand, procedure took roughly 20 minutes. I was concerned about Varicocele and messaged a couple of clinics and there I got the most prompt response and communication after that was great: we discussed all important details and planned the date of operation. When I arrived everything went very smoothly, Abdullah took great care and helped with every question. Dr Tuncay Taş was very professional and checked everything not only before the operation but also after it a few times. The operation went very smoothly, I didn’t have time to worry, and everything seems to be good for now :) I’ve rarely experienced such good service, it also included one night stay in a separate room and meals, highly recommend it!

Since a year and a half I'd suffered from pain at the left testicle, and the sperm cord The first diagnosis was I have varicocele D2, and I've taken the medicine for 3 months and everything was good, after that the pain has been increased significantly especially at the work, gym, or carry overweight things was difficult. Any of my day's activities were dropped because of than the bad thing was every sperm's test show lower values each month finally I've made ultrasonic and I found I have varicocele D3 5 on the left side, and 27 in the right side. It was hard to have a quick decision as it's a critical case, and the tests' values become worse I've made a search on the internet for 3 weeks to understand my case, and realize what is the best method to do surgery.. also I visited many doctors, and once I met Dr Muhsen I found he has experience beside he uses sophisticated tools in order to make the success ratio higher I did the surgery with Dr Muhsen "varicocele microscopic surgery with Doppler "and really It was a great experience as I spent less than 24 hours at the hospital. I was able to move, walk, do basic activities in the same day, the most interesting part for me was the daily vancocele's pain that I was suffering has been disappeared after the surgery immediately! Day after day I feel better, In addition, Dr Muhsen has awesome followup and quick reply for his patients. Furthermore to periodical examinations make the process passing easier. I highly recommend Dr Muhsen for such cases.

The overall treatment for prostate at Laser Medical Centre with dr Kalchev & Dr Kefilev was the best treatment I had in my whole life. I suffered with very enlalged prostate for 7 years in the UK with 6 years of catheterisation plus constant UTI that was treated with antibiotics that never worked. My life was all this time very uncomfortable. Fortunately, I found this clinic in Bulgaria through the internet and changed my whole life in 2 days. I came to Sofia they received me at the airport arranged a hotel for me next day I had all tests done and the following day I had the operation done in less than 2 days I was relieved from my constant suffering for so many years from the NHS. Apart from the medical team the staff is so helpful they arrange all the transport for you and the essential part they very human and fantastically organised very fast and very efficient. But what struck me most is their humanity, and I would like to thank so much Dr Kalchef and his team.
