I would especially highlight her ability to simplify and clarify complex topics, making us feel informed and confident in every decision. We were also very pleased with the clinic itself. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and all treatments were carried out with the high level of professionalism we have come to expect. We even took the opportunity during our visit to schedule additional appointments, as the clinic offers a wide range of specialities. My husband felt so comfortable that he decided to book a preventive urology consultation as well. Overall, a highly positive experience that we would confidently recommend.
Had endoscopy. Staff were excellent throughout the whole process, explaining every step. My only criticism is I was given incorrect information about the cost of the procedure. I was told it was 190€ but was charged 245€. I was told later the difference was the cost if the anaesthetic.
