Thank you for the excellent care I received on my Aug 11 kidney stone episode. The doctor was excellent, reflecting on how caring he was and professional I wished I could have him as my doctor in Canada. All the staff I encountered were caring and professional. I know I was out of it for the most part and once the pain was gone I was exhausted. Having to go to a hospital in a different country, in a different language is frightening, no so at your hospital, thank you for looking after me I received excellent care. Had endoscopy. Staff were excellent throughout the whole process, explaining every step. My only criticism is I was given incorrect information about the cost of the procedure. I was told it was 190€ but was charged 245€. I was told later the difference was the cost if the anaesthetic.
