I came across Sinead during an extremely low point in my life. I suffered with my Mental Health since i was a child however last year I hit a very dark patch in my life, I became consumed with severe anxiety, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, panic attacks, immense sadness and no energy to do anything... which had me out of work for weeks.... I came across Sinead - Hypnotherapy for Health online and I decided to give Sinead a call, after reading all her positive reviews it gave me the hope that i needed in my life at that time and i can now say I am so happy that I picked up the phone to ring Sinead that day. Sinead welcomed me with nothing but kindness and warmth. I felt so comfortable in her presence so much that I was able to open up to her about repressed memories from my childhood that I had buried for years. After the first session with Sinead, i felt a massive weight had been lifted off my chest, I felt so light and energized. Genuinely i will never forget that day I never smiled so much in my life. After months of feeling so low, it amazed me how one session with Sinead had shifted my energy. From my own experience, I had been in talk therapy a few years previous and I found it took weeks to find the courage to open up and talk about what was going on and even at that, it was difficult to put it into words, however with Sinead and hypnotherapy the benefits were incredible, even after what was touched on in one session, the thoughts didn't affect me like they did in the past. Each session i had with Sinead i was able to open up more and more and i began to feel more calm, confident and in control of my life. I was able to enjoy life again and it honestly has been a life changing experience for me I cannot thank Sinead enough. I cannot recommend Sinead enough to anyone that is feeling stuck in life, or struggling in any way. Sinead has the kindest heart and is amazing at what she does.

We saw Dr. Mircea Zgardau for couples therapy. In the first session he helped each of us to make some realisations. We both felt very positive about the experience and have booked another appointment.

It’s so hard accepting that you need help and making the first step. I can safely say, it was easily the best decision I’ve made in a very long time. John has literally pulled me back from the edge and is making me look forward to living again and the future. My mindset now is starting to change. Instead of ‘this is my life for good’ I think ‘this is my life for now’. I’m learning that things will change and it’s not just a saying. Do the work as best you can. It really is one baby step at a time and John is with you through it all. He has saved my life. His thirst for life rubs off very quickly. I am so happy I chose Building Bridges. I have had therapy before but Denise is above the others in understanding and being direct in addressing the issues, which lead to faster and more efficient improvement. Strongly recommended!
