We provide therapy and counselling for anxiety and depression, couples and families, low self- esteem, problems caused by loneliness, obsessive thinking (OCD), bereavement and loss, anger, stress related issues and work related issues. We offer psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and humanistic therapies. Improving the lifestyle of patients by helping them think in a positive and healthy way in the shortest possible time is the goal at this counselling centre, located at Kildare Street in Dublin 2, Ireland. Customized services are offered in a caring, confidential and non-judgemental environment. 

My clinics are at GP surgeries in Dorset (Gillingham) and Wiltshire (Tisbury and Amesbury). I do also offer one non-clinical venue (Quaker Meeting House, Salisbury). This venue has a purpose-built Children's Room, ideal for treating children (0-18), I also see adult patients in the Library Room. As a Registered Practitioner Psychologist and an EMDR accredited practitioner, I am also DBS checked and hold full insurance.

Ray is an author, trainer, coach, therapist and speaker, he was trained by Richard Bandler to become a master practitioner in N.L.P. and Hypnosis, and he has advanced study and training of Anthony Robbins N.A.C Techniques and is a practitioner of Havening. His ongoing training and passion to help others started in 1995 and still continues today, his ultimate goal is to share his knowledge and help others to overcome the challenges they face. His pillars of healing and discovery integrate Havening, hypnosis and N.L.P which creates a powerful tool for intervention, healing, recovery and success conditioning. He specialises in pain control, rediscovery of self and emotional change techniques to free people from their traumatisation of life and the effects it has on them. The Lodge is a peaceful and nurturing talking therapies clinic on the edge of Wallingford town centre, opposite the Kinecroft park. Each of the three clinic rooms provides a comfortable and confidential space for clients. There is ample parking (some free of charge, and some pay and display) within a couple of minutes' walk, and Wallingford is also well served by public transport links.   I also offer some evening appointments at the Raleigh Park Clinic in Botley, which is just off the A34 and easily accessed from Oxford and the surrounding areas by car and on public transport.
