Group Therapy
Valerie has run therapy groups for over 15 years. Becoming a member of a therapy group offers the possibility of substantial change and new ways of coping with the complex difficulties that arise in you life which cause unhappiness.
You meet Valerie for a number of individual sessions where the possibility and usefulness of group therapy is for the individual.
