Sex Therapy London - Richard Cruz MBACP (Accred), COSRT (Accred)

Sex Therapy London

London, UK
Sex Therapy London is now offering online appointments ONLY via Facetime, VSee and Zoom. Sex Therapy London is a comprehensive counselling, psychotherapy and psychosexual service for adults facing sexual and relationship concerns either as individuals or as part of a couple relationship. I see men and women of all nationalities and sexualities offering a space to talk freely about what are often very personal details about their intimate lives relating to sex and sexuality. Fundamentally I am a trained counsellor/psychotherapist and work with the whole gamut of the human psychological condition. I specialise in sex and relationships and more often than not psychosexual work is underpinned by attending to stress, anxiety, fear, depression and so on.
Bereavement Counselling up to $87
Psychotherapist Consultation up to $87
I hold initial consultations where, if you feel comfortable with me and what I have to offer including how I may be able to help you, we would agree to work together for a series of session, usually six to begin with. We would then review the work so far and, as often is the case, clients feel sufficiently supported enough to engage in further sessions. I always review with you to be sure that you are getting what you need and we end by mutual agreement or continue, its your choice. Therapy can be short and focused or long term, depending on the concerns. Psychosexual therapy is usually addressing an immediate problem that has recently occurred or began a long time previously. The initial focus is on the manifestation on the problem itself and with time, usually by helping you to look at your life history, connections can be made which are very useful in seeing perhaps how the concern began to take hold and cause the distress that it is causing today.

Connecting Mindfully Counselling - Connecting Mindfully Counselling Dublin
When something in your life is not how you'd like it to be, or when you're looking for help and support for something that you're going through; perhaps a life event, a particular concern or maybe problems with relationships, at home, in school or at work. Maybe you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, frustration, fear, sadness or other emotions. Stress can be a part of this. Counselling can help you to better understand what might be going on for you and to find ways to effectively manage feelings, thoughts or worries. My experience is that clients come to counselling because they want something in their life to be different. I appreciate that it's often not easy to come to counselling. I welcome clients with warmth and openness and a non-judgemental listening ear. I am a Person-Centred Therapist and I use ACT, CBT and Choice Theory to help clients work through an issue or to help them shine a new light on an area of their life that is not currently how they would like it to be. Sometimes what we need is to be listened to and heard. Coming to see a therapist is a brave step towards getting support. Allowing yourself to talk about and express what you are experiencing might be what you need at this time. We often don't 'press pause' in our lives, and we often don't give ourselves the time or space to check in with ourselves. She bought me on a journey of forgiveness for all the things I have no control overColin, UK, 06 12 20

I am a completely changed person since I started sessions with Marisa and I couldn't have done it without her. She bought me on a journey of forgiveness for all the things I have no control over. I am a far less anxious person now, more immersed in the present moment, and more connected with and aware of my emotions. Marisa has provided me with the tools to take a step out of the turbulent emotional and psychological processes we often find ourselves, victim, to, gaining a sense of space and perspective. With continued practice of the techniques that Marisa has taught me, I know I will continue to improve. Marisa was always calm, positive, non-judgemental and wise. Coming up with solutions, (especially around logistics whilst in lockdown). The environment she created for our sessions was relaxed and welcoming, and she has a clear passion for her craft and dedication to her role, continually looking for ways to improve whist in lockdown. I would strongly recommend Marisa to anyone suffering from anxiety, anxiety, depression, or any other one of the countless ills prevalent in today’s world.

John Collins Counselling and Hypnotherapy - Psychotherapy Clinic in Ireland
John Collins Counselling and Hypnotherapy will provide you with a comfortable and safe space to explore that which may be troubling or confusing you, to gain insight and support, and to discover the right way forward for you. I am a fully qualified counselling psychotherapist and hypnotherapist providing therapy in Birr Co Offaly at 49 Pound Street. Counselling services are offered to adult individuals and couples. I am a dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist working in private practice. I have received a level 8 science degree in counselling and psychotherapy and I am fully accredited with IACP (Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). In addition to my professional degree, I achieved a diploma from PCI College. Over the years I have gained considerable experience and expertise in a variety of issues. My main aim is to create a welcoming, non-judgemental, and safe environment where I can facilitate you in working towards your own unique solutions.  Perhaps the most important thing to realise is that the counselling process is a very special relationship between two people – the therapist and you the client. Like all good relationships, it must begin with trust and mutual respect for each other. A good therapist is someone who will accept you for who you are; who will warmly encourage you to say what you need to say when you are ready to explore your issues in a safe and comfortable environment.
