I am an English Speaking Psychologist, trained and fully qualified in London, UK.  I have 10 years experience in the NHS. I offer short term or long term counselling and psychological therapy in Valencia.   If you are experiencing problems with your mood, such as low motivation, hopelessness, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, flashbacks, tearfulness, low self-esteem, thoughts of self harm and depression, I can help. I work with most mood and emotional problems, including Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Self-Harm and Trauma.  My approaches include cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, schema therapy, cognitive analytic therapy, mindfulness and psychotherapy with a focus on childhood.  Sessions are usually weekly but I can be flexible according your needs, whether you wish to work with symptom reduction over a short term or would like to address longstanding, chronic difficulties over a longer period.  I would initially offer you an assessment over 1 or 2 sessions, where we would work out together what you need and how we get there.  I would then make some recommendations about your options and how many sessions we should consider.  I also work alongside an English Speaking Psychiatrist, who may be able to discuss medication with you if this seems appropriate. My practice is situated in central Marbella near the Golden Mile and 5 minutes from the beach. The office is close to all amenities; Starbucks, Corte Ingles shopping, parking, tranport links, etc. Rooms are comfortable, confidential, air conditioned in the summer and have wifi.  I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and sex therapist offering in person and online sessions. I am based in Spain having had a 10 year practice in the UK, 5 years of which were in London's Harley Street, a centre of medical excellence.
