Heather (MA, MIAHIP, MIACP) is an accredited psychotherapist with 10 years experience, working with couples, adults and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds. She works in a humanistic integrative way  focusing on the primacy of the therapeutic relationship. Her background in art and design has facilitated her in practicing in a creative way ensuring safety and sensitivity to all ages and favouring elements of gestalt and mindfulness to assist clients when necessary.     She provides long-term therapy to clients who have experienced childhood developmental trauma, eating disorders, CSA and clerical abuse. Alternatively, she provides short-term therapy for those engaging in EAP work. Over the years Heather has worked with a wide spectrum of presenting issues from relationship difficulties, depression, post natal depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, loss, bereavement, bullying, self-harming and suicidal ideation.

My professional journey began in Canada where I earned a degree in Psychology. Since then I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as certificates in both Mindfulness and Art Therapy. I work with a number of different issues including: anxiety, depression, bullying, bereavements, postnatal depression, eating disorders and suicide. As well as my one on one client work I offer courses and workshops on a number of different subjects with a large focus on personal development and emotional awareness.  I believe that everyone can grow and evolve in a more positive way. Michelle Gunning is a fully qualified Art Psychotherapist with MA level qualification from Crawford College of Art and Design, CIT, Cork. Michelle is also qualified in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Play Therapy (CTC) and has research and training experience in Pre and Perinatal Psychotherapy, Attachment and Trauma, Group Leadership and Spiritual Healing.

Donna holds professional qualifications in psychoanalysis and provides psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults, children and adolescents. She received training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from Espace Analytique, Paris and also holds a certificate in Art Therapy. She has further qualifications in Irish Theatre, Irish Literature, Nursing and Montessori Teaching. Her areas of expertise include working with diagnoses of depression including post natal depression, anxiety disorders in children and adults, self harm and eating disorders in adolescents and young adults.
