Angela Amirault - AdAstra Therapy

My professional journey began in Canada where I earned a degree in Psychology. Since then I have completed a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy as well as certificates in both Mindfulness and Art Therapy. I have worked with a number of different issues including: anxiety, depression, bullying, bereavements, postnatal depression, eating disorders and suicide. As well as my one on one client work I offer courses and workshops on a number of different subjects with a large focus on personal development and emotional awareness. I believe that everyone can grow and evolve in a more positive way. They just need the tools.
