Mike Davis graduated from Nottingham University in 2001 with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy and has worked predominantly in private practice since then. Mike has a keen interest in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries and had the opportunity to work with elite athletes at both Newcastle and Durham University. Since graduating in 2001 Mike has achieved post-graduate qualifications in Acupuncture. Mike is a keen runner and has competed lots of adventure races. This has given him valuable insight into the physical and mental elements involved in endurance sports, the potential injuries that can occur as a result of inappropriate training and the most effective rehabilitation strategies.
