I made an appointment to discuss an issue with my arm and I found Sandra to be very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I was given massage treatment to free up the muscles along with acupuncture and given an exercise band and shown how to do exercises at home. I came away feeling much better about myself and much more informed about my condition. I cannot recommend highly enough. Excellent value.

I have a suspected torn meniscus and knee osteoarthritis. I have been working with Joey to correct my gait, build on appropriate leg strengthening exercises and restore my confidence after a series of falls. Joey's mixture of expertise and encouragement is quite an exceptional-in fact I feel more determined and hopeful as a result of each of her sessions. I found following her advice and doing what she has recommended has worked well.

Leo is a fantastic physio, he has helped me tremendously with sciatica/back pain issues, treating me and giving me practical advice on how to solve the pain day today. I would go so far as to say I have had the best treatment of any physio from him! Everything he has done for me has helped and he definitely is someone I would not hesitate to recommend. He definitely cares about your progress and doesn't make follow on appointments unless required which is great and thoughtful of you as a patient.
