I highly recommend Annette. I have recently been suffering with a back problem and, among other things, found getting in and out of a chair to be extremely painful. Our treatments went very well. There was no doubt that the Osteopath is a professional who knew what he was doing and puts us at peace and free of anxiety while he treated our symptoms.

Having never been to an Osteopath before, I was a little daunted but having tried other options unsuccessfully I visited Paul in Havant. My neck had seized up and I was finding it difficult to sleep, drive or move my head without intense pain. He immediately put me at ease, really listened and took the time to assess me properly. He has taken a holistic approach to my treatment and although I'm not yet totally pain free (probably more to do with age than anything else) I feel we are getting there and I have far more movement without pain than I did before. I would definitely recommend.

Contacted Physio Pattern - great service - booked in for the following day. Christos was very attentive and helpful -we were really pleased with how the session went. Epley Manoeuvre was performed and improvements followed. After a couple of weeks - vertigo and dizziness were no longer a problem. Thank you, Christos.

I was recommended Swiss Physio by a friend and it's one of the best recommendations I've had. As a badminton player, I had trouble with my knees and wasn't able to run. The treatment room is impressive with lots of equipment and aides. Got treatment on the knees and legs and was informed that my posture was contributing to most of it. Angela gave me lots of exercises to do and videoed me doing them on my phone so I wouldn't forget what to do. Worked a treat and on going back to badminton I could move and run as if nothing had happened. She did such a good job I haven't needed to return but at the slightest sign of injury, I would not hesitate in returning. Mega value for money as it put me back on the court. I would recommend this clinic with no reservations.

I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above.
