I visited this clinic 4 years ago due to a problem with my neck. I had a very positive experience and was relieved of my pain after just 1 session. Recently my mum has had shoulder pain so I immediately recommended this clinic to mum. Paula diagnosed it as a rotary muscle issue and after taking, a thorough medical history began treatment. Throughout the treatment, Paula was compassionate and explained the process. She was firm but gained consent at each stage of treatment. Paula has used humour to help my mum relax. Mum has had 2 sessions so far and is almost pain-free. Paula has taken her time to speak to mum about her posture and also recommended exercises to perform at home. Mum is finding these very beneficial. Don't suffer in silence. See a specialist such as Paula. She has been dedicated, reassuring, caring and professional throughout.

I was suffering from excruciating pain from a restricted left shoulder joint, this limited my ability to work and confined me to restricted movements. I have a history of joint problems including my neck and lower back. I have visited many "Chiro's" over the years. Steve was recommended by my stepson, who is a fisherman his line of work puts massive stress on many joints and muscles. I was very impressed on my first visit. Especially his professionalism, the speed at which he works and giving value for money. He gave me great relief, he also worked on my neck, which gave me greater speed with my right hand on the organ keyboard. Which had been slowing down for many years, it amazed me. I would highly recommend Steve Oldale as the best I have ever experienced.

All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.

Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

On my first visit to Lynn, I was almost housebound due to generalised disabling pain, severe low back pain had left me fearing to mobilise. After just a few sessions my pain had reduced enough for me to start on my journey back to independence and my quality of life started to be restored. Acting on a personal recommendation from a friend who is already a client, I attended the clinic several months ago. I could hardly walk after injuring my back in a severe fall but I was able to walk out of the clinic, although, naturally, still a little sore. However, the day following my first treatment I was walking with greatly reduced pain and improved mobility. I have continued treatments with both Doctors and extremely grateful to both for enabling me to live a much more enjoyable and fruitful life.
