About Havant Osteopathic Clinic

Babies, children, adult and elderly patients are treated for a range of posture related disorders and musculoskeletal disorders at this clinic located in Havant in Hampshire. A through physical examination is conducted on the first visit at the clinic and a treatment plan is formulated. Gentle treatments are provided for babies and children while stronger manipulative treatments are provided for adults. Remedial exercise prescriptions and lifestyle advice is provided to reduce symptoms between treatment sessions and to prevent recurrence of the problem after completion of treatments.

Having never been to an Osteopath before, I was a little daunted but having tried other options unsuccessfully I visited Paul in Havant. My neck had seized up and I was finding it difficult to sleep, drive or move my head without intense pain. He immediately put me at ease, really listened and took the time to assess me properly. He has taken a holistic approach to my treatment and although I'm not yet totally pain free (probably more to do with age than anything else) I feel we are getting there and I have far more movement without pain than I did before. I would definitely recommend.
