Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

Massage and rehab for the injured hip. I have regular treatment with Raf and always leave feeling so much better than I went in! Today was different as I was very down and teary, as the pain in my joint had increased. Raf was kind and considerate, changing the treatment to meet my needs of feeling tender. It was a fabulous treatment and I felt so much better afterwards, not only physically, but emotionally too. He read the room and adapted my usual treatment to suit how I felt. That's a great skill and I'm trully thankful to Raf.

Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

I've known Sarah since 2015 when she visited my wife at home. Sarah was always punctual. Was not an easy task for Sarah to do but she was so kind, understanding, patient and so professional throughout and even though my wife was terminally ill Sarah never gave up on her, kind and professional all the time. It was because I remembered how impressed I was with Sarah that when I was in trouble with my neck, back, shoulders and chest, she was my first choice. Was nice that she remembered my wife and we still talk of her even now. Sarah set out a programme of treatment and exercises, intensive to start but then easing as things improved. I was always confident with Sarah as I'd seen her a long time ago and Sarah is still so kind, understanding, patient, honest and professional. And two days ago on my last appointment, I was able to say I'm back in the gym again. Thank You Sarah! And to anyone reading this, all I can say is that I would genuinely most certainly recommend Sarah.

Start to finish excellent service. Physio brilliant although the pain is still ongoing only so much you can do in the time permitted. Even down to the professional attitude and the willingness to help. Thanks to all of you.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!
