2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

I received clear and concise advice about the cause of my condition and the required treatment from Amnish. He used Laser, acupuncture and manipulation for my pain. Due to the treatment and advice from Amnish, my Neck and Back pain including mobility are now significantly improved and I continue to exercise as he suggested. Should the issue return I would be very happy to once again receive treatment from Amnish. Nice looking treatment room and friendly staff add to the whole experience.
