Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.

I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. I have attended 3 sessions and feel better than I have in years. Justine listened and treated my back/foot problem, I am now walking without the constant fear of tripping over. I was fortunate to have found Martin in 2019. For twenty-five years I'd had a knee injury which after some years also affected my hip. Martin put me on the right track and informed me of key information which I had been lacking before. My knee and hip no longer give me trouble and my prognosis appears very good, whereas decades earlier I had been advised that I would likely need further cortisone injections and possible knee replacement. I am twenty years older than when I received that advice, and I have enjoyed much better mobility and pain-free thanks to Martin.

I had my first consultation with Helen today and I was very impressed with her thoroughness in diagnosing the issue with my shoulder. Even although the first consultation was via the telephone she was able to assess that my problem was with the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, agreeing with an earlier diagnosis by the nurse practitioner at my GP. I was advised that rehabilitation exercises should improve the pain and mobility issues with my shoulder and Helen started me on the first of these and arranged a follow-up face-to-face consultation in two weeks time.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

Went to see Mark and my tennis elbow was diagnosed immediately. Fantastic friendly service, easy to book. James was also very good from previous injuries. Definitely recommend.
