This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. I had a calf injury and was struggling to walk any distance. Darren sorted it out in a few sessions, gave me suitable exercises to do and within a couple of weeks I was back doing my usual 5k walk. Super clinician.

I went to NCR Osteopath on the basis of a referral from a friend. I had pain in my upper back and I had been to two separate physio therapists who did not give me relief. After just two visits to this clinic I woke up feeling a significant reduction in pain. I continued the exercises that were prescribed to me and I'm over a year pain free now. Sacha is extremely friendly and if you nervous about going he will make you calm with his energy in seconds. I can not recommend him enough, if your suffering any injury / pain then don't hesitate to make a booking.

Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

The girl is brilliant. I have been going to another physio for the last couple of months with no result. In one session I could feel much better and I am definitely coming back to her. 100% recommended.
