I visited this clinic 4 years ago due to a problem with my neck. I had a very positive experience and was relieved of my pain after just 1 session. Recently my mum has had shoulder pain so I immediately recommended this clinic to mum. Paula diagnosed it as a rotary muscle issue and after taking, a thorough medical history began treatment. Throughout the treatment, Paula was compassionate and explained the process. She was firm but gained consent at each stage of treatment. Paula has used humour to help my mum relax. Mum has had 2 sessions so far and is almost pain-free. Paula has taken her time to speak to mum about her posture and also recommended exercises to perform at home. Mum is finding these very beneficial. Don't suffer in silence. See a specialist such as Paula. She has been dedicated, reassuring, caring and professional throughout.

My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.

I arrived at 12:30 left at 1:40 pm the physio explained everything to me he treated me for my problem. The service was 100% I would definitely recommend to everyone who got a problem to go there you won’t be disappointed I’ve been to many physios over the years and I must say this one is the best.

This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. Following an accident (fell backwards from a height) I am receiving Tecar Treatment. The pain I was experiencing completely took over my life. When in bed I couldn’t even turn without help. Couldn’t stand up from sitting and worst of all I could only take baby steps. Basically I could do nothing unless my husband did everything for me. Independence gone - scary stuff. I started to improve after a number of sessions over 8 weeks. While home for Christmas and New Year I was so glad to find Brian and The Cottage Clinic that have Tecar Therapy. Brian is a lovely guy and puts you at ease immediately. His purpose-built studio is kitted out very professionally. I can highly recommend Tecar Therapy. It’s a non invasive therapy and very soothing on soft and deep tissue. My injury is in the lumbar area on an old injury. I have made substantial progress with Tecar without taking anti inflammatory or pain relief medication (I’m allergic). I can highly recommend Brian The Cottage Clinic and Tecar Therapy.

Contacted Physio Pattern - great service - booked in for the following day. Christos was very attentive and helpful -we were really pleased with how the session went. Epley Manoeuvre was performed and improvements followed. After a couple of weeks - vertigo and dizziness were no longer a problem. Thank you, Christos.

I had a calf injury and was struggling to walk any distance. Darren sorted it out in a few sessions, gave me suitable exercises to do and within a couple of weeks I was back doing my usual 5k walk. Super clinician.
